NoClogger Review 2026: I Tried This 3D Printing Tool and My Nozzle Clogs Are Finally Gone

I've been running FDM printers for a few years now, and if there's one thing that used to ruin my week, it was a clogged nozzle mid-print. I finally tried NoClogger's "must-have" 3D printing tool after seeing it recommended in a few printing groups, and I want to share exactly what it does and whether it's worth adding to your toolkit.

What Is NoClogger?

NoClogger makes a small precision-alloy tool designed to clear clogs directly from your nozzle, extruder, and Bowden tubes. Unlike a needle you jam into the nozzle tip, it's shaped to work through the tube and extruder path where a lot of hidden clogs actually build up. It's compatible with basically any 1.75mm FDM printer, so it worked fine on my Bambu Lab and I've seen owners of Creality, Anycubic, and Ender machines using it too.

My Experience Using It

My worst clog was in the Bowden tube of an older printer, not the nozzle itself, so no amount of cold-pulling or nozzle needles were fixing it. I ran the NoClogger tool through the tube and it broke up the built-up filament residue in a couple of passes. It also comes with a small cleaning blade for scraping oozed filament off the nozzle tip, which is a nice touch since I used to just use whatever knife was on my desk.

NoClogger's product page states the tool can extend nozzle life by up to 20x by keeping the path clear of the residue buildup that slowly damages the nozzle bore over time. I can't independently verify that exact multiplier, but the logic tracks with what I've seen: most of my worn-out nozzles were ones I'd been clearing with sharp metal picks that scratch the brass.

Pricing and Bundles

NoClogger sells the tool in a few pack sizes, and the multi-packs bring the per-unit price down noticeably:

  • Single Pack: $12.95
  • Double Pack: $21.95 total (down from $27.90), which also includes a free PTFE Tube Remover
  • Triple Pack: $29.95 total (down from $41.85), which also includes a free 3D Printing Glue & Remover

I'd go with the Double or Triple Pack if you print regularly — it's cheap insurance against a ruined print, and the bundled extras are genuinely useful rather than filler.

Pros and Cons

What I liked

  • Actually clears Bowden tube and extruder clogs, not just the nozzle tip
  • Works across 1.75mm FDM printers — no compatibility guesswork
  • Multi-packs include useful free extras (tube remover, glue & remover)
  • 429+ reviews on the site, most describing the same "simple but necessary" impression I had

What could be better

  • It's a manual tool — you still have to do the work yourself, there's no heating/automation involved
  • The 20x nozzle life claim is a manufacturer figure I couldn't test myself over the long term

Final Verdict

For the price of a couple of coffees, NoClogger's tool solved a clog that none of my usual tricks could fix, and it's now just sitting in my toolbox next to my other must-haves. If you print often enough to have run into a stubborn clog before, I'd say it's worth grabbing the Double or Triple Pack here before your next one happens.
